No. However it is possible, as always, that because of defaults or odd numbers in a section, the controllers may have to create a bye.
You are free to leave as soon as you have finished your game in round 5. If you are a certain or possible prizewinner, you should leave your details with a controller so that any winnings may be forwarded. It is always possible that an exceptionally long game might delay the prizegiving and you can create your own guesstimate from the timetable.
These should be switched off but do not need to be surrendered.
This Website
It isn't really but, unfortunately, two websites are involved - this one and the ECF on-line entry site.
You can enter by retrieving the entry form and posting/emailing the completed form to the named controller or, preferably, you select the On-line Entry option.
After entering the congress, you will have to make payment by bank transfer, cheque, or postal order as described in Payment. If paying by bank transfer, do not forget to message the controller as previously described.
You can contact the organisers who will respond promptly.

Refreshment
The Community Centre has a licensed bar which is normally open from midday on Sundays.
Swift walkers/drinkers who finish the previous round early might just make it to the Bounty by walking down the footpath at the end of the station car park, turning right, crossing the river using the railway bridge and turning left at the other end.
A closer option is the KEG Craft Beer and Tasting Bar which, in addition to a range of keg craft beers, usually has two proper cask ales, various wines, and a sometimes eclectic range of spirits.
Those who do not require alcohol might try Costa, Moreganic (it's a very short walk if you don't have a Facebook account but would like to investigate), or Wenzels.

The congress team will be selling sandwiches and snacks. As always, food should not be consumed at the board.
